There is a harvest of souls that is ready to be reaped in the earth. Jesus is the Lord of the harvest. He is determined that this harvest will be reaped. Between Him and the harvest are you and me. We are the ones to reap the harvest.

1. God is concerned about the harvest.
   1. Joel 3:14 - "Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!"
      1. "Multitudes" refer to the mass of humanity who must choose where they will spend eternity.
   2. John 4:35 - "Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!"
      1. Harvest time is brief compared to the growing time.
      2. It is time for us to focus on the harvest of souls.
2. God has a plan for each of our lives - 1 Corinthians 12:12-31.
   1. God assigns people to churches.
   2. He assigns you a job to do.
   3. He gives you a person to report to.
   4. People are counting on you to do your assigned job.
   5. Ask yourself this question: "What kind of church would this church be, if everyone in this church was just like me?"
      1. Attendance.
      2. Giving.
      3. Prayer.
      4. Serving.
3. Time for the harvest - Isaiah 60:1-3.
   1. Light and darkness will both intensify in the last days.
   2. Ivory Coast Revival - A pastor had a church of 350 people and when the word of the Lord came that revival was coming, he built a church for 3,500. When the revival came, over 35,000 new believers came into the Kingdom.

• Do you know what assignment God has for you to do?
• How is grace abounding more in your life?

BE A DOER OF THE WORD

This week confess this over your life – Lord of the harvest, I surrender and obey. I will find my place, the reason I was born, and I will serve You, Lord. I will be a part of reaping the end-time harvest, the multitudes You are calling out to.
